Bob Kitching, our Minister, hails from Preston in Lancashire. He is married to Val and they have two sons. Bob was converted to Jesus Christ in 1966 at a Youth for Christ rally in his home town.

Following six years teaching in primary school, he felt called to the Methodist ministry. After serving in churches in the West Midlands (Tipton), Lancashire (Wigan & Bury), rural Hampshire and industrial Leeds, he and Val moved to South Molton in 2005.

Bob’s interests include supporting Preston North End, reading, church history, stamp collecting and walking. His hopes and dreams are to see a real spiritual awakening in North Devon.

Bob is the Superintendent Minister for the South Molton Methodist Circuit.

Rona Eastman is the Deacon in our circuit, and is based in North Molton. Her contact details are also included on our ‘Contact Us’ page.
